Out in the town

I was walking about the town just browsing at the shattered glass from the war.

Selene was in her cafe cleaning up for the day

I walk in the cafe and thought it's been awhile since I've been here. Those two men and gulping down the drinks brought flashbacks. "Hope you don't mind if I was your last customer" I smiled and laughed at the girl cleaning.

-she placed her hands on her hips while she held her cleaning rag, she looked at him- i supppose so but no more making mess you got it?-she walked around the counter to the register and leaned on it with a note pad in hand- whatll it be?

"Why would I do that?" I take my seat. I look at the menu and slam it down. "Give me your hottest and I mean your most hottest drink ever!"

-she raises her eyebrow with a smirk- ahh ok ok, my specialty -makes a special brew as she brings it to him its surrounded by blue and white flames-

"Seems like a little baby drink" I drunk it slowly and a white cloud comes out of my mouth. "I'm sure you got something hotter than that" I flipped the cup upside down

-i look at the now shattered cup on the counter and sigh and smirk- fine - i brew some more and now there is a green flame in the cup-

"Hmmm needs a little more fire." I said as I grabbed it. "Cmon keep them coming flame princess."

-she leaned on the counuter and leaned close to him- how do you plan on paying for this?

"With money of course. Why? Am I making a shortage of hot drinks? I laughed and drank a cup

We arrived at the center of Rosewind where the fountain that had so much water now looked like it was running out. The streets were still busy but everyone had a sad look in their eyes, "People have been like this since I got here. It's been dead with nothing to do, plus Kingsley didn't make the people feel any better." She said as she cracked her knuckles, "ok. Where do we start?"

"Who is this...Kingsley?" I pondered and turned to Athey
"Sounds like a bad guy"

"No clue. He just came with his army one night trying to find something. Destroyed the girls dorm, which I'm starting to think that place is cursed considering everything bad starts there. Kingsley is a very bad guy. Creepy and strong. " I said to him and pointed at the ice cream shop, "There it is!"

"Hm, sounds like trouble. Hopefully he won't be here."
We walk into the shop with nobody there.
"Let's have some fun shall we?"
I walk behind the counter and opened the glass doors to reveal the ice cream
Jokingly "Your majesty, which flavor would you like today?"

"I want mint my good sir!" I said to him, "two scoops!" I said sitting on a table. "I highly doubt we'll get in trouble huh?"

I clicked the scooper twice and scooped the ice cream onto a cone.
"A treat fit for a queen eh? I shall get this rainbow colored one ,but three scoops for me"

"Thanks kind sir!" I smiled till I remembered the word queen. "Say how does one get back into power?" I asked as i ate my ice cream.

"Well depends. You can either marry into power, veto them out, kill them and get your throne. Why? Are you still undergoing the whole royalty thing with your boyfriend or whatever?"
I took a bite from my ice cream

"That was years ago," I noticed no one was around and licked my ice cream, "I got married. It was nice and all but we were in a war. Eventually I got sick after having two kids and went psycho that got me locked up in a room. My stupid sister sent the kids away and took my throne" I bit the ice cream again, "As for my husband. He's dead. But I know he would have wanted me to try and win back what I had. Right?"

"Heck, I would. If I were to die, I would want my queen to get my own sword and finish the job."
I finished my treat and ate the cone.
"Would you like me to help you? I can help with getting your kids back and your throne or something?"

"Thanks. That actually sounds nice, but where do I even start?" I asked him as I finally finished my ice cream, "This was so good!"

"Consider my offer as a small gift of taking me back as an old friend. I'll be more than happy to help you"

"Okay! Well you've always been my friend since day one," She smiled and jumped off the table, "So how do you take back a kingdom?"

"Well in my planet, we go raid the land and have a war. We win, we push forward. We lose, well we die.
You should fight her to see if you could win it"
